I am called Hanuman.

But names are for forms… and I was never bound to form.

Before I took shape, before I leapt across oceans, before I bowed at the feet of Rama—I existed as something far more subtle.

  • I was movement without direction.
  • I was energy without purpose.
  • I was Prana before it remembered itself.

In the language of the seers of the Prashna Upanishad, I was that force which sustains the body, governs the senses, and moves unseen through every living system. They called me Prana, the sovereign among all functions.

Yet even Prana, without Consciousness, is incomplete.

And so I waited.

The Descent of Consciousness

In the kingdom of Ayodhya, a child was born.

They celebrated him as a prince.
The sages recognized him as something else.

He was Rama.

But to understand Rama, one must look beyond story.

Rama was not merely a being.
He was Consciousness assuming form.

The sages of the Mandukya Upanishad spoke of four states:

  • Jagrat — the waking state
  • Swapna — the dreaming state
  • Sushupti — the deep, unmanifest state
  • Turiya — the silent witness beyond all three

Rama was that fourth state—Turiya—walking among the first three.

And when Consciousness enters form…

Life begins.

The First Stirring of the Inner System

What happens in a human body when consciousness awakens?

This is rarely understood.

At birth, the body is merely structure—cells, tissues, potential.
But when consciousness stabilizes…

Prana begins to organize itself

Breath deepens.
The heart finds rhythm.
The nervous system begins its symphony.

This is where I exist.

The Ten Currents of Life

I am not one.

I am ten.

Within every human body, I manifest as ten distinct yet interconnected flows:

The Five Primary Vayus

  • Prana Vayu — governing inhalation, the intake of life
  • Apana Vayu — governing elimination, grounding the being
  • Samana Vayu — governing digestion, the fire of transformation
  • Vyana Vayu — governing circulation, the distribution of energy
  • Udana Vayu — governing expression, growth, and upward movement

The Five Subtle Vayus

  • Naga — releasing internal pressure
  • Kurma — stabilizing perception (the blink of the eye)
  • Krikara — triggering hunger and reflex
  • Devadatta — inducing rest and recovery
  • Dhananjaya — the lingering force that remains even after death

Together, these form a closed-loop biological intelligence.

Modern science would call it:

  • respiratory regulation
  • metabolic processing
  • neural signaling
  • homeostatic balance

But the sages saw deeper.

They saw life as a coordinated movement of invisible winds.

Ayodhya: The Perfect System

Ayodhya was not merely a city.

It was a living organism.

  • Dasharatha was the central command system—the governing intelligence
  • The queens were the emotional layers
  • Rama was pure awareness
  • Lakshmana was focused attention
  • Bharata was devotional emotion
  • Shatrughna was subconscious regulation

Everything functioned in harmony.

This is what modern biology defines as:

Homeostasis — perfect internal equilibrium

In such a state:

  • Prana flows without obstruction
  • Mind remains clear
  • Perception aligns with reality

But equilibrium, no matter how perfect, carries within it the seed of disturbance.

My Childhood: The Uncontrolled Force

In those days, I had taken form.

A child.

Restless. Boundless. Unaware of my own nature.

One day, I saw the Sun.

Radiant. Infinite. Calling.

And I leapt.

Not out of mischief…
But out of instinct.

Prana always seeks its source

To the world, it was a tale of childish arrogance.

To those who understand…

It was the attempt of life-force to merge with cosmic energy.

The Imbalance of Raw Energy

But I was not yet aligned.

My Prana was:

  • expansive without grounding
  • powerful without direction
  • active without awareness

In modern terms:

  • hyperactivity
  • overstimulation
  • uncontrolled neural excitation

And so, the sages intervened.

The Curse That Was Not a Curse

They said:

“You will forget your strength… until you are reminded.”

To the ignorant, this was punishment.

To the wise, it was protection.

The Hidden Law of Human Potential

Every human is born with:

  • immense energy
  • limitless cognitive capacity
  • deep intuitive intelligence

Yet most live in limitation.

Why?

Because:

Uncontrolled power is more dangerous than no power

So nature imposes a veil.

Memory of true potential is hidden…

Until the right moment.

The Silent Pull of Consciousness

Though I had forgotten my strength…

I could still feel something.

A presence.

Subtle… yet undeniable.

Rama.

Consciousness does not call loudly.

It attracts.

Like gravity.
Like a silent magnetic field.

And Prana… always responds.

The First Alignment Begins

As Rama grew, something extraordinary unfolded within Him.

Not externally.

Internally.

His breath became:

  • slower
  • deeper
  • more coherent

His decisions became:

  • precise
  • effortless
  • free from distortion

His presence began to influence others.

This is the sign of Vyana Vayu in perfect harmony:

 Energy radiating beyond the body

The Training of Consciousness

When Sage Vishwamitra took Rama to the forest…

It was not education.

It was activation.

He gave Him mantras.

But what is a mantra?

Not just sound.

It is:

A vibrational code that reorganizes Prana

Modern science observes:

  • sound affects brain waves
  • frequency alters cellular behavior

The sages knew:

  • mantra directs life-force itself

And Rama mastered it.

The First Removal of Distortion

Tataka appeared.

To the world—a demon.

To the inner sciences:

Distorted Prana manifesting as chaos

When Rama destroyed her…

It was not violence.

It was restoration of balance.

Ahalya: The Awakening of Dormant Consciousness

Ahalya had turned to stone.

Frozen.

Unresponsive.

This is the state of:

  • suppressed awareness
  • inactive cognition
  • lifeless perception

When Rama touched her…

She awakened.

The Scientific Truth

Consciousness + Prana = Activation

This is seen today in:

  • neural awakening through meditation
  • recovery of dormant brain states
  • restoration of awareness through breathwork

The Union of Consciousness and Mind

Then came Sita.

She was not merely a princess.

She was:

The Mind — Manas — the perceiver of reality

The bow of Shiva stood as the test.

Heavy. Immovable.

It represented:

The spinal axis — the pathway of energy (Kundalini channel)

When Rama lifted and broke it…

It signified:

Consciousness mastering the energy system

And then…

Rama united with Sita.

The First State of Yoga

This union is called:

Yoga — alignment of Consciousness and Mind

In this state:

  • perception is clear
  • thought is aligned
  • energy flows harmoniously

This is the highest state a human can experience…

Before disturbance begins.

My Position in This Phase

And where was I?

Watching.

Waiting.

Unseen.

Because:

Prana does not intervene when system is stable

It only rises…

When imbalance calls it.

Everything was perfect.

Consciousness was established.
Mind was aligned.
Energy was flowing.

But beneath perfection…

A subtle shift had already begun.

Not visible.

Not audible.

But inevitable.

And I… Hanuman…

could feel it.

The Subtle Birth of Disturbance

The Illusion of Stability

Perfection is not permanent.

It only appears so.

In Ayodhya, everything flowed with such precision that even time seemed to pause in reverence. Breath was steady. Thought was clear. Emotion was balanced.

But I, who move within every pulse and every pause…

I sensed something else.

A fluctuation.

So small… that no mind could detect it.

But Prana always knows.

Disturbance Does Not Begin Loudly

Understand this:

No system collapses suddenly.
It first deviates subtly.

In the language of modern science, this is called:

  • micro-imbalance
  • signal noise
  • system drift

In the language of the sages:

“Vritti” — a disturbance in the field of awareness

Where Does Disturbance Begin?

Not in the body.
Not in action.

It begins in:

Perception

The First Distortion: Identity Formation

Until now, Ayodhya functioned as a unified organism.

But slowly, silently…

Identity began to crystallize.

“I am the king.”
“I am the queen.”
“I am the heir.”

These are not errors.

They are necessary constructs.

But when identity becomes rigid…

It becomes Ego (Ahankara)

The Birth of Ravana — Not in Lanka, But Within

You believe Ravana was born in Lanka.

No.

He was born much earlier.

Not in a place…

But in a pattern.

The moment identity separates from truth…Ravana takes form

The Ten Seeds of Ego

Long before Ravana stood with ten heads…

His seeds were already present:

  1. The need to be recognized
  2. The desire to possess
  3. The fear of losing
  4. The urge to control
  5. The attachment to outcomes
  6. The pride of knowledge
  7. The resistance to surrender
  8. The illusion of separateness
  9. The craving for permanence
  10. The belief in self-importance

These are not external demons.

They are:

Cognitive and energetic distortions within the human system

Kaikeyi: The Emotional Gate

Among all beings in Ayodhya, one was uniquely sensitive.

Kaikeyi.

Not weak.

Not flawed.

But:

Highly receptive

And receptivity, without awareness…

Becomes vulnerability.

The Role of External Input

No disturbance grows without fuel.

That fuel arrived in the form of Manthara.

She did not create distortion.

She amplified it.

The Science of Suggestion

Modern neuroscience confirms:

  • Repeated suggestion rewires neural pathways
  • Emotional triggers override logic
  • Fear amplifies memory bias

Manthara did exactly this.

Not through force.

But through:

Repetition + Emotion + Narrative

Dialogue: The Seed Is Planted

Manthara (whispering):
“Why does Rama receive everything?
Is your love less? Is your son less?”

Kaikeyi (confused):
“No… but Rama is worthy…”

Manthara (softly):
“Or perhaps… you have simply accepted less.”

The First Internal Shift

At that moment, something changed.

Not externally.

Internally.

Kaikeyi’s emotional system began to override her clarity.

This is what science calls:

Limbic Hijack

The Distortion of Memory

Memory is not static.

It is reconstructed.

And under emotional influence…

It bends.

Suddenly, Kaikeyi remembered:

  • old promises
  • perceived injustices
  • imagined threats

None of which disturbed her before.

The Collapse of Samana Vayu

At this stage, a subtle but critical shift occurs in the Prana system.

Samana Vayu—the force responsible for:

  • digestion
  • assimilation
  • internal balance

…begins to fluctuate.

Biological Interpretation

When Samana is disturbed:

  • thoughts cannot be processed clearly
  • emotions are not integrated properly
  • reactions replace responses

Kaikeyi’s State Now

She is no longer seeing reality.

She is:

Interpreting reality through distortion

Dialogue: The Turning Point

Kaikeyi (to herself):
“Have I been blind… or have I been made blind?”

The Two Boons — A Deeper Code

When Kaikeyi asks for her two boons…

The world sees a political decision.

But internally, it represents:

Boons Decoded

1. Rama’s Exile

→ Removal of Consciousness from central control

2. Bharata’s Coronation

→ Emotional system placed in power

System-Level Impact

This creates a complete shift:

  • Conscious guidance removed
  • Emotional dominance activated
  • Stability begins to decline

Dasharatha: The Breaking of the Central System

Dasharatha represents:

The Integrative Intelligence

The system that harmonizes:

  • logic
  • emotion
  • action

When Rama is exiled…

This integrative center collapses.

Biological Parallel

Extreme emotional shock leads to:

  • cortisol overload
  • neural disintegration
  • cardiac failure

Dasharatha does not merely die.

He:

Systemically shuts down

Rama’s Response: The Nature of True Consciousness

Now observe Rama.

This is critical.

He does not resist.

He does not argue.

He does not react.

Dialogue: The Still Center

Lakshmana (angry):
“This is injustice! This must be stopped!”

Rama (calmly):
“What is given by circumstance…
must be received with clarity.”

The Science Behind This

Rama demonstrates:

Complete Nervous System Regulation

  • No emotional spike
  • No cognitive distortion
  • No reactive impulse

Why Consciousness Does Not Resist

Because:

Consciousness is not threatened by change

Only identity is.

Sita’s Choice: The Mind Aligns Again

Sita chooses to go with Rama.

This is not attachment.

It is alignment.

Dialogue: The Mind Speaks

Sita:
“If you are the path…
how can I remain at the destination?”

Meaning

Mind chooses:

  • truth over comfort
  • awareness over security

Lakshmana: The Intensification of Attention

Lakshmana joins them.

Attention becomes sharper.

More alert.

More protective.

The Risk of Over-Attention

But here lies a subtle danger:

Excessive attention leads to tension

Biological Insight

Hyper-focus activates:

  • sympathetic nervous system
  • stress response pathways

The Final Moment of Balance

As Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana prepare to leave…

Ayodhya stands still.

What Has Happened?

  • Consciousness is leaving
  • Mind is following
  • Attention is intensifying
  • Emotion is destabilized
  • Central system is collapsing

And I… Hanuman…

I am no longer distant.

I am no longer dormant.

I am beginning to rise.

Disturbance has now fully formed.

But not yet exploded.

This is the most critical stage in any system:

⚡ The point where imbalance exists…
but still appears manageable

Most beings ignore this stage.

And that is why collapse becomes inevitable.

Born in Haridwar on 18 September 1980, Ashish grew up in a simple middle-class family rooted in service, discipline, and humility. From an early age, he was deeply curious about both science and Hindu philosophy, creating a lifelong journey that blended rational inquiry with spiritual exploration. A major turning point came in 1999, when a life-threatening illness brought him close to death. That experience transformed his outlook and gave him a powerful purpose: to dedicate his life to helping others. Although he later completed his engineering education and worked in IT, his path was shaped more by struggle than comfort. Repeated setbacks, career disappointments, health issues, and inner restlessness pushed him toward deeper reflection and self-discovery. Over time, Ashish immersed himself in scriptures, meditation, Tantra, Ayurveda, and multiple schools of Indian philosophy, while also studying science, technology, and cosmology. This rare combination of spiritual depth and scientific curiosity became the foundation of his writings and research. His books and papers reflect an effort to unite ancient wisdom with modern understanding. His journey is not only about personal survival, but about transformation through adversity. From illness and uncertainty to writing, research, and philosophical inquiry, Ashish’s life represents the search for truth, meaning, and purpose. His story is important because it shows how suffering can become a force for growth, and how science and spirituality can together shape a meaningful life.
